22nd International Festival of Ethnological Film was held in Belgrade from October 4th-8th. The jury member was also Tamara Nikolić Đerić, the curator of Ethnographic museum of Istria and the director of ETNOFILm festival, alongside with the filmolog Božidar Zečević and ethnolog Liivom Niglas.
The jury awarded 4 prizes and one of them was the one for a special contribution for nurturing the non-material culture that went to the movie “Yo Yoko – Good Food” by Daisuke Bundo from Japan. Belgian duo Rob Rombout i Rogier Van Eck won a Grand Prix award for their movie “Amsterdam stories USA” that lasts for 6 hours but it won the lieks of both the jury and the audience. Best movie from home production was “Kosma” by Sonja Blagojević and the award fot best international movie went to ’’Voices from the tundra -The Last of Yukagirs” by Edwin Trommelen i Paul Enkelaar.
